Once you have bought the peach tree, you should dig a hole at the desired location. You should dig the hole twice the size of the peach tree root ball. You should then add the fertilizer to the hole. After that, plant and fill in the peach tree. Be sure to get the peach plant watered very well afterward. However, if you plant a peach tree seed, it is not the same and will take 2 to 3 years longer to reach a fruit-bearing level.
