If you purchased an extended warranty when you purchased a product, you have a one-year warranty. If not, we offer a five-day warranty on our plants only. Please see the video below. We ship dormant plants with no greenery, leaves, or foliage. Many homeowners think dormant plants are dead when, in fact, they are not.

Once you have verified that your trees or shrubs are dead with a scratch test, please email us the following: All warranties are null and void if you did not purchase one and the trees or shrubs have been delivered for over five days.
