    I ordered these perennials late I'm the season, July! I am hoping for the best. Though the weather has been 90 degrees for the past few days the root stock arrived still damp and safely packaged in a bubble wrap envelope.
    Should nothing grow, it would be due to my poor planning- but I am hoping for the best
