California Privet Description

California Privet Plant 3-4 feet in height

California Privet: Ligustrum Ovalifolium is one hardy evergreen shrub. It is a shrub that grows well in most climates. This plant can be used as a privacy hedge, and it's also great for shading patios and decks because the leaves are thick and shiny.

However, if you don't take care of this plant properly, it'll grow out of control quickly.

Solution: Tn Nursery has an expert team who will help you keep your shrub healthy so that it doesn't become invasive or fall over from too much weight at the top of the bush.

Our experts will also give you plenty of tips on how to prune your bushes, so they stay small enough to fit into any garden space without taking up too much room. We're here to help with all aspects of gardening, including fertilizing, weeding, and mowing lawns!

California Privet is a shrub plant found across many counties in the United States

The plant originally came from Japan and was introduced to the United States in the mid-1940s. Homeowners have found the shrub most useful as a hedge plant because of its dense leaves and quick growth rate.

It will grow in most climates but thrives in hot climates such as California, Texas, and Florida. This plant is the most sought-after because it provides an excellent means for homeowners to construct a natural-looking fence or sheer it into any design they wish. And its ability to grow super fast and look thicker in less time also.
