These arrived in great shape and packaged nicely. I got them planted.. Can't wait to see what they look like in the spring.
I love how this moss looks.
This looks amazing planted around the old stumps in my yard.
I've had my plants for a while now. They looked great when I got them, and they still look great now. I think it's silly you have to ask them to label the plants in advance however. I didn't see that little note until after ordering them while I was tracking the package. They came quickly.
I was home when my plants were delivered and took them out and set them in a tray and watered them and kept them misted until I could plant them a couple days later. They are growing BEAUTIFUL
It has a bright, bold color!

THUIDIUM FERN MOSS is and Enchanting and easy Growing Member of the Moss Family
Thuidium Fern Moss is an enchanting and easy-to-grow member of the moss family, Thuidium fern moss (Thuidium delicatulum), also known as delicate fern moss, makes an attractive ground cover or accent. This moss is appreciated for its velvety texture and distinctive foliage structure. Each stem resembles a tiny fern frond, hence the name. In growth habit, it forms a loose, spreading mat that resembles a luxurious carpet of tiny ferns. The color is vibrant and can range from an intense, deep green to a bright, yellowish-green. Widely distributed in woodlands and shaded wetland areas across North America, Alaska, Europe, Siberia, Asia, Mexico, and South America. It thrives in an extraordinarily wide range of temperature zones. Thuidium moss in the garden is appreciated by songbirds, being an excellent nesting material for species such as the barn swallow, cedar waxwing, and American robin. This content is also accessible with horticulturalists as a lining for hanging pots and a substrate for orchid raising, while the live moss is a superb addition to terrarium collections.Planted in moist, shady areas of the garden, Thuidium fern moss is an excellent choice for creating a moss lawn or accenting a water feature. This versatile moss also makes a delightful accent for logs, rocks, banks or stone walls, and can be useful planted alongside pathways, between stepping stones and around the base of trees. Fern moss establishes easily and spreads quickly. Once installed, it is a vigorous grower and can become somewhat tolerant of drier conditions. However, like all moss, it will thrive best with consistent moisture and reward the gardener with a lush green carpet year-round.
Thuidium Fern Moss Thrives in Partially Shaded Areas
It does well in partially shaded areas, as it does well in the shaded area with this Thuidium Fern Moss. This allows the color to turn in a medium green as this likes the shade. This should include a mixture of these, because there are several species to them. These are available in irregularly shaped sections, and these have been shipped in breathable boxes. This is a fast-growing fern that usually turns bright green, but it often has bright yellow. It appears to be sick or dead when it dries out, as it changes from a lush appearance. They adapt quickly back to its original shape once they are hydrated. It can handle the sun, but it does well in the shade.
These have been rescued from the high impact areas with these Thuidium Fern Moss. When you have live moss and landscape areas, we promote these. These have very little soil attached to them, but some mosses will come with the ground attached to them. When your moss arrives be sure to check the moisture levels, and you should fluff the Moses with your hands. You should keep these moist and rehydrate them as needed until they are planted. They require more attention to keep these fresh, and avoid any air conditioning or heat.
We discourage the purchase of the live mosses to be used for florists or crafters, since our mosses should be kept alive. There are used in landscaping projects or containers that feature the beautiful green moss of these. Fern Moss
