Growing this trio of moss plants is easy. Just mist with water and set it in a shaded, humid place, such as a woodland edge, along a shaded walk or wall, or tucked among other potted plants.

All three of these types of moss prefer indirect light and consistent moisture, but not soggy soil and they need no fertilizer. If using your moss in a potted terrarium, moss bowl or other container indoors, mist your moss frequently or place your creation in a bathroom with a window.
