Remember the apple seed necklaces back in the 1970s?
They're coming back into style. Instead of buying one, try making them yourself.
Save up your apple seeds. String them on a thread while they're still damp. That makes poking the hole much more straightforward. You can hang the thread with the needle up somewhere safe so they can dry, and you can keep adding as you go along. When they're dried, and you have enough for your project, you can string them on fishing lines just like beads to give a more invisible look. Have fun! We have several apple trees, including Gala and Red Delicious, among our fruit trees.
