At TN Nursery, we’re proud to ship high-quality plants grown with care. While we can’t control weather, soil, or planting conditions after delivery, we offer two warranty options to provide you with peace of mind.
Standard Warranty:
All orders include a complimentary 5-day warranty from the date of delivery, allowing you to report any issues within this timeframe.
Extended Warranty:
For added protection, you can purchase an extended one-year warranty at checkout. It provides a one-time replacement credit if your plant doesn’t survive within a year. Shipping fees apply.
Not Covered:
Weather damage, animal interference, neglect, improper planting, planting in the wrong zones, or refusal to follow orders are not covered.
How to File a Claim:
Email customerservice@tennesseewholesalenursery.com within 5 days (or within a year if an extended warranty was purchased) with photos and a scratch test. Instructions below:
Take a knife and scratch the bark on your tree or shrub to see if they are dead or alive. We ship dormant plants, without greenery, foliage or leaves. In Spring, they will green out and be beautiful. Below will prove you have received plants that are alive.
