Description

Flowering Tree Grab Bag - 5 Trees 3 Feet Tall is a Great Variety Package for your Landscaping Needs

Flowering Tree Bag proliferates in partial sunlight, even if the soil is clay or sandy as long as the earth is slightly acidic. They do like the moist ground, so mulching about 3" deep is a good idea to keep the young trees happy. This will also discourage any weeds and grasses from taking food away from the tree. You can find dogwoods thriving in most areas of the country except arid, dry climates found in desert areas. You can see them in wooded or forest areas.

Flowering Tree Grab Bag will include: 5 of the Most Sought After Flowering Trees

Dogwood trees also provide a show of leaf color in the fall. The birds love to eat the berries that late fall brings. Native Americans have used the bark and seeds for easing cold and flu symptoms, as well as the wood for making arrows and darts. History suggests, initially they made have been called the "dogwood tree."

Tree-of-heaven commonly referred to as ailanthus, is a rapidly growing deciduous tree native to a region extending from China south to Australia. It was first introduced into the United States in the Philadelphia area in 1784. Immigrants later introduced tree-of-heaven to the West Coast in the 1850s. It was initially valued as an urban street tree and was widely planted in the Baltimore and Washington, D.C., area.

Known as the harbinger of spring, the eastern 'redbud's delicate blossoms and buds are one of the 'season's most dramatic displays. But this 'tree's beauty 'doesn't end with its flowery show. Various and irregular branching patterns combine with a trunk that commonly divides close to the ground to create a very handsome, spreading and often flat-topped crown. Even in winter, covered with snow, the eastern redbud is stunning.

Flowering Tree Grab Bag is an excellent package to choose from and comes with five trees that are already three feet tall and ready to be put on the ground wherever you desire!
Some significant benefits of flowering trees are that they bring lots of color during different seasons of the year, and many of them work well for bordering your landscape to create a semi-private fence. Dogwoods are among the most common and come in a variety of colors from pink and white to darker shades like reds. Crepe Myrtles are also great and have gorgeous trunks and branches.

Flowering trees provide your landscaping with benefits that go way beyond the colorful flowers that bloom like clockwork each year. It is essential to add trees to your landscape, both for the aesthetic and for the environment. While most of the benefits might seem obvious when you consider it, other benefits might not come to mind easily. These are just some of the benefits of landscaping with flowering trees for you to consider.

  Flowering Trees are Aesthetically Beneficial

First and foremost, flowering trees are aesthetically pleasing and add color and interest to your landscaping. Depending on the type of flowering tree you add to your yard, it can provide color and foliage when nothing else is blooming.

Flowering Trees Add Structure to Your Lawn

Trees in any landscape will add structure to the lawn and help prevent a myriad of issues. A tree and its root system can stabilize sloping yards that might be prone to erosion. The tree can serve as the main attraction in a landscape design around which the rest of the yard, garden, and landscaping are planned.

 Flowering Trees Obscure Unsightly Views

Because the flowers on trees are bright and beautiful, they attract our attention and become the focal point of the yard. Use this to your advantage to hide and obscure unattractive views, angles, and items on and around your home or yard. If this is a reason for adding a flowering tree to your yard, make sure you pick wisely. Trees grow in different ways, so you want to select a tree that will prove useful once it is mature.

Flowering Trees Attract Beneficial Birds and Insects

Trees attract a wide number of wildlife, and flowering trees attract even more. Birds and insects are especially attracted to these trees because they rely on the flowers they produce. The rest of the plants and flowers in your garden rely on a diverse number of insects and birds visiting to help pollinate. In general, the birds and insects that fly through and around your garden are beneficial to the ecosystem around your yard and are also interesting and calming to watch and enjoy.

 Flowering Trees Benefit the Environment

The birds and insects that enjoy flowering trees are not the only benefits to the environment that these trees can provide. Everything from fresh, filtered air, water filtration, wildlife habitat, and reducing carbon footprint is possible.
