Landscaping and Plumbing

Posted by Tammy Sons on Feb 01 , 2016

It's true that in the past, weeping willows have been a problem for homeowners.

Their roots are known for winding their way into pipes and causing damage to plumbing. This was especially true of older sewer, septic and plumbing systems.

With newer sewage and plumbing systems more commonly using PVC pipes which are less leaky, willows are not quite the problem they used to be. It's still wise to consider their placement, but they are a gorgeous addition to many areas. Find them in our plant nursery.
