Red Haven Peach Cobbler

For Batter you will need:

- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 Cup of Sugar
- 1 Cup of Flour
- 1 Egg (room temperature)
- 2/3 Cup of Milk (room temperature)
- 1/2 Cup of Melted Butter
- 1/4 tsp. Salt

For Filling you will need:

- 1 Cup of Sugar
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
- 28 oz. Sliced Peaches

Put melted butter into a 9 x 13 baking pan. In bowl mix sugar flour salt and baking powder. Stir in egg and milk. Pour over the melted butter. Combine peaches sugar and spices. Do Not Stir!!! Spread over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until batter is light brown and comes to top.
