Refund Policy

24 hour return policy on all plants. If the plants received are not  postmarked within  24 hours of receival, all warranties and refunds are null and void.No exceptions.A 25% re-planting  fee will apply to any plant returned within the 24 hour policy.And plants sent back to Tn Nursery Co Inc postmarked after 24 hours of receival will be disposed of.

All  plants are dug fresh prior to delivery.You are encouraged  inspect  stock here prior to placing order or  pickup at nursery.Please call prior  to pickup to see which location trees will be readily available at for pickup.

We are not responsible for any plants or trees getting lost,stolen or damaged during transit.We will assit the customer with any needed information pertaining to filing a claim with any delivery or shipping company .We DO NOT insure any plant materials we ship unless the customer requests it.We will be happy to apply insurance to any shipment if requested.

We do not sell to the general public.We are wholesale only.No exceptions.If a individual without  state certification  buys trees all warranties implied are null and void.

All plants sold are state certified through the Tennessee Department of Agriculture for both a wholesale plant nursery as well as a "wild Certification" on some herbaceous plants and other shrubs.

To send any plant back within the 24 hour warranty period we must receive a fax stating the problem,tracking #,payment and shipping information so we will be expecting the merchandise back and have ground prepared to re-plant immediately on arrival.Failure to do so all warranties will be null and void,No exceptions.

We will not accept any plants back that are shipped with freight charges COD.You need to call the freight company we use and get an estimate rate prior to placing your orders.The freight company is a seperate company and must be paid directly.We will not accept any trees back due to a freight increase from carrier nor are we responsible for any additional freight charged over and above the estimated cost.

Any complaints not handled in a timely manner will not be addressed.We will not be responsible for any problems with plants after you have received them and warranty period has lapsed.

 

When placing orders with Tn Nursery you are agreeing to our terms,conditions and accepting our refund policy.No other exceptions will be made.
