You will need:
- 3 Cups of Gooseberries
- 3 Tbsp. Quick-Cooking Tapioca
- 2 Cups of White Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Milk
- 1 Recipe Pastry for 9 Double Crust Pie
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. White Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
Stem and rinse berries. In the bottom of a sauce pan crush 1/2 cup of berries. Mix tapioca sugar and salt with crushed berries. Cook and stir until mixture boils. Cook an additional 2 minutes.
