You've made strawberry jam before. Is there anyway to freshen it up and make it interesting again? Try adding the slightest hint of lavender. Or, make a jelly from lavender as the main flavor and have the secondary flavor be a hint of chamomile. 
 
Some other interesting options are beet jelly and garlic jelly. Some people have even made a corncob jelly. If you have more dandelion flowers than you need, consider making them into jelly. Some people say the flowers make it taste very similar to honey. Give it a try. At the very least, you'll have fewer seed heads to spread dandelions in your yard next year!
