A plant container is not limited to just a container such as plastic or wood that you can purchase at a home garden center or home improvement store but a plant container can be anything that you can plant some potting soil and plants in.

Old pots work great because using a small nail and a hammer or a drill you can turn the pot or container over and add drainage holes to it and in a matter of no time you have a very whimsical planting container that you can use in order to plant your plants in and sit around your home or garden.
