- Dead Trees
Your trees were dug fresh and shipped immediately. If you just received them we doubt they are dead. We ship dormant trees. It's probably not time for them to "wake up" from their dormancy state. You can take a dime or a knife and scratch the bark on the tree and look at the color inside and if it's a greenish-white, the tree isn't dead. However, it it's brown or black it is dead. You'd need to send it back for a replacement tree. Here is the instructions for the warranty and where to send the tree back if it's dead but I don't think it is. We dug your order one day and and shipped the next.

If you have done the scratch test and your trees are dead, send the following information inside the box and return them. Failure to enclosed this information will result in us not being able to help you:

Include - Name on order, Order # and exactly the qty, tree names and sizes your sending back with a brief explanation of the problem. As soon aswe open your plants and get this information, we will issue you an in store credit to reorder the same plants or whatever you choose. You will receive an email when they ship out with tracking information.
