We are not responsible for carrier damage. All our plants are inspected before they leave our facilities. You didn’t select to get insurance to cover damaged items in transit when you placed your order online.We will need a picture of the damaged plants to determine the problem. Please send them via email. Also put your name and order # and explain the problem. Quality control is important to us and we would like to know in depth the problem. When we receive this we will help future problems from happening by reporting this to Fedex. Here is our warranty also if you need further instructions. You can call fedex and file a damaged claim also since our plants are inspected before they leave our facility and damage happened in transit.
