Do you have a hard time choosing colors in your landscaping? Think about a rainbow. Seven different colors that work together to create something more amazing than any of them by themselves. You don't have to use all of them, but they can be jumping off points for your decisions. Think about the colors: Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet.

What colors are you attracted to? Which ones do you simply hate? Use your reaction to help plan your garden. Would you enjoy a few colors all mixed together? Or, separate colors side by side? Remember that you can mix white flowers in to soften any color that you feel is possibly too garish for your tastes.
