This Chandler Strawberry is, in our opinion, one of the best-tasting strawberry varieties available. They seem to do best when planted in the Southeast or on the West Coast, and in good conditions they are a prolific producer. Buyers should be aware that the Chandler Strawberry can be prone to developing root rot, and as with many fruiting plants care should be taken to monitor the plant.
