Brake ferns have long pointed leaves, and quick growing fronds, this fern often has a thick, bushy look. They are hardy and bright green, simple to plant and reproduce.  Their natural range covers most of the U.S., so there's little concern of these ferns becoming invasive. When planted as a ground cover beneath shade trees, they are often used to help prevent soil erosion!  These ferns are beautiful as they grow and mature and supplies gorgeous dark green color with their beautiful fronds.  They are also known as Eagle Ferns.  They are great to use as a bordering fern to bring life to all gardens and natural areas.  They can grow to be up to two feet tall and also up to two feet wide.  They thrive and mature when they are grown in full and partial shade and also prefers to be in areas that provide soils that are moist and well drained.  These ferns are very beautiful as other plants are added around them to create a gorgeous look.  They are very easy to grow and does not take a lot of care or maintenance to become healthy and mature.  They are very popular as a lot of homeowners and gardeners use them to border sidewalks and also long driveways.  This help provides a wonderful look and adds lots of bright and colorful curb appeal to all homes and garden areas.  They can make heads turn as they grow to be beautiful and several feet tall.
