Can you believe over 10,000 types of birds exist on the earth? South America has more species than any other continent. More than 3,200 species are found there. Guess which continent has the least?
 
Probably Antarctica. It only has 65 species. And that includes the penguins! If you like plants named after birds, consider the partridge pea. Find it in ourplant nursery.
