Berry Garden Collection - 6 Plants
The Berry Garden Collection has 3 Strawberry Plants and 3 Dewberry Plants. The Strawberry plant can come in plant or vine form. Plant form is more common because it can be planted in hills. Most farmers plant them in long rows with plastic covering to help keep the moisture and heat in to help with the growth. Has large green leaves, small yellow or white blooms and small luscious berries. The berries will start off with a white or green color and turn red as they ripe and ready to pick. Once ripen they are great to eat right off the vine or to can, freeze, or make wonderful desserts. Does well when several are planted together in natural areas, herb garden or berry beds. The Dewberry Plant will grow to be 4 feet tall and 3 feet wide. The blooms produce better in spring months to early summer. If this Bush isn't maintained properly, it can over take the area in which it is planted. Known as a bush because of its fresh ripe berries. Taste close to a raspberry but the berries aren't red; they are black or blue and very tasty. The berries are small and will get to be about 2 inches long and are very sweet. Best to grow in full to partial sun light. Great collection for the berry lover in you. This is a wonderful way to purchase lots of berry plants that brings lots of life and color to all gardens where they are planted. These plants are wonderful and beautiful when in bloom and also supplies lots of beautiful berries.
