Can Gardening Reduce Stress?

Do you feel like everything is crashing down around and you just have no time in the day to relax? I feel so stressed sometimes but by being able to go outside and play in the yard, dirt and pull weeds I use it as my stress reliever. Just imagine when things are so stressful and you just need a little time to yourself…if you can go out in the yard and dig in the dirt or get out some of your anger on some weeds it would make it all worthwhile.
